Template notice: the Privacy Notice and Terms below are a starting template for DXRite and should be reviewed and finalized with qualified legal counsel before launch. The AI Assistant Use disclosure reflects how the on-site assistant actually works today.

Privacy Notice

DXRite (“we,” “us”), a PEXIVA × Rectrix collaboration, respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Information you provide through our demo and contact forms — such as your name, work email, organization, number of centers, claim volume, and any message you send.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (for example, general usage and device information) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo or revenue check, and manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers that help us operate (for example, form delivery and email), or where required by law.

Protected health information

This public website is for business inquiries and is not intended for patient or protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit PHI through the website forms or the assistant. Any production handling of PHI is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@dxrite.com.

Terms of Use

By using this website you agree to these terms. The site and its content are provided for general information about DXRite’s medical coding and revenue integrity services.

No professional advice

Content here, including benchmarks and illustrative examples, is informational and does not constitute coding, billing, compliance, legal, or financial advice. Figures described as industry benchmarks reflect the AI medical-coding category generally, not guaranteed results for any specific organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it. Trademarks and product names referenced for compatibility belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

No warranty / limitation

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DXRite is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.

Questions about these terms: hello@dxrite.com.

AI Assistant Use

This site includes “Ask DXRite,” an automated assistant that helps answer common questions and start a demo request.

How it works

  • The assistant is a scripted, rule-based helper running entirely in your browser. It matches your questions to pre-written answers drawn from this website’s content.
  • It does not make coding decisions, give medical or compliance advice, or send your messages to a third-party AI service.
  • If you choose to start a demo request, the details you enter are placed into the standard demo form for you to review and submit yourself — nothing is sent until you submit that form.

Please don’t share sensitive data

Do not enter protected health information (PHI), patient details, or other sensitive data into the assistant. For anything beyond general questions, a person on our team is the right channel: hello@dxrite.com.

Human in the loop — in the product, too

Separately from this website assistant, the DXRite service itself pairs AI with certified human coders who confirm codes before anything is billed.
